when I logged into Memolink today I have been upgraded to Memogold. Not sure why maybe because I've been a member for a year now or maybe because they still owe me 3 prizes from July?? In any case what exactly does it mean do I get extra points somewhere? Also, they put my points back into my account for the certificate that I have been waiting for from July. I reentered a certficate that I wanted. I am hoping that with my upgraded status that I will actually get my prizes - any thoughts would be helpful. Thanking you in advance....

Being upgraded to MemoGold means that you have additional opportunities to earn "bonus" points. The MemoGold home page kind of explains it. To keep the gold status, you have to earn a specific number of points every six months. You also get "priority" customer service, bonus points on your birthday and the opportunity to play a speed trivia game.... ten questions with a limited amt of time to answer each question (no looking up the answer...just go with your gut)...
