Membership Magic Beyond

Go in and check your settings to make sure you are set up for emails. If so, double check there is no legal reason based on where you live that prevents them from sending these.
I got no email, no mail, no nothing. Found out about it from adult daughter who got an entire 'package' of some sort to her house. The joke is I pay for her AP and all her stays (we travel together a lot). I get nothing.

I did get the email but not anything in the mail. Thst is why you need to make sure all the setting for emails is set up for you to receive them.

If you daughter gets emails and things from DVC, and she lives in the same state, then contact DVc to find out why your not getting emails from them.

Thanks for prodding me to check it out. I guess I just let the annoyance discourage me for solving the problem. I sometimes just get burnt out in following up so many things, not just Disney.
I do 100% of all finance, paperwork etc at out house and my brain closes down.

I honestly will see what’s going on with the missing Disney. I guess going for 50 years a zillion times and seeing so many changes over the years….some of them not my choice particularly, encourages me to just throw my hands up.
 
The plot thickens about my Membership Magic Beyond. I just, for kicks, went to DVC site and hit "Profile" and at the very end I see Membership Magic (honestly don't remember ever going to Profile) as last entry..... BUT it gives me the option to BUY, which I did already on a different site that konked out after putting in the money.

I've decided to call DVC tomorrow if I have time and see if I'm 'official' and how will the DVC Lounge know will know when arriving. It kills me to spend another $99 but I do want to use the Lounge more often than in the past as age has played tricks on me and can't do the 25,000 steps there for sure. More like 15,000 and an icepack. Oh so sad.

Earlier you said you were going to check your GC have you had a chance to do that yet?

Some people on day 1 were having issues and it would take the money off the GC but they too got the buy button.

I paid with a GC and got an email right away confirming my purchase. Hopefully MS can get this sorted out for you soon.

I purchased with a CC and mine shows that I am enrolled in the program. I did receive the email when I purchased.

If you are still seeing buy, my guess is your purchase did not go through.

I just called the Disney card Phone # and $99 was definitely taken out of the card.
If I do not get an email very soon, I will call DVC.
When you literally go to the Lounge, what will you show them to give you preference?

Very interesting others had same problem. Thank you. I will definitely call DVC if by late tomorrow, no confirmation of any kind comes to me.

I think it 'might' have gone smoothly if the website hadn't died on me just at the wrong time.

FYI...you were exactly correct about why I don't seem to get DVC emails. While in my profile just now I went to Communication (or something like that) and a very long list popped up for me to check what I wanted. DVC communication was one of the choices and I definitely had no check mark there. So THAT's why I don't seem to find out about things my daughter does.

Yes. And there is a spot that I can click order details which shows the info and charge to my card

Definitely contact them if it came out of your gift card!
 
I tried purchasing last week with a Disney gift card. After hitting submit I received and error page. I had to call MS and even though I saw the $99 sale on my gift card (through disneygiftcard.com) I was told that the charge did not go through and that there was a known issue with using gift cards online. I was told that the money would be returned to my gift card within 48 hours, and it was. I have not called back to purchase it or tried again online.
 
Timing is everything!
As luck would have it - Our Sorcerers Passes expire 1/4. MMB kicks in on 1/12. To renew our SorcerersPasses with points I have to wait until 1/12, so we will not be able to enter the parks for a week (1/5 through 1/11). 💩
