Membership Cards - Finally!

We finally got our membership cards the day before yesterday. We closed in early January, and I finally got tired of waiting and sent an e-mail to MS. A Jennifer answered me, was very polite, and said that they are aware of the problem of tardy cards and may move the operation in-house (they currently outsource the cards). Exactly one week from her response I got my cards! I complimented her on her service - but still feel it's too bad that Disney doesn't iron out some of these annoying problems - especially for those of us spending big $$$$ every year!

PS - got a great new tote bag too!

3 weeks since my second email to MS....still no cards. Closed in October! They have 3 more weeks.....then I call. Hopefully we'll get them soon!

How long was it between getting you DVC Membership Guide Book and your membership cards. I closed on the 9th of March and was recorded and my points were available on the 13th. Made ressies that day. Today I got my Membership book. So when should I be looking for my card and is that when they send the tote? (or do you even get a tote with a resale?)

You don't receive a tote on a resale.

Had to bump this up once, because today, after recieving my first set of cards with a tote bag (about a month ago, my second set of cards without a tote bag (a week ago), I received my third set of cards and another tote bag!. I guess they re-ordered every time I asked where they were. If this keeps up, I can set up on e-bay, and make a fortune selling tote bags to resale buyers !
