Membership # and Owning Multiple UY

I have different membership numbers and used to be able to see all points reservations etc upon login. Now I can only see one set of points under the one membership number when I log in. I can't seem to get a straight answer from MS if this will be resolved.....anyone else know anything?

It's been going on for almost 3 months now and only affects members with more than one membership. I have talked to MS Managers about the problem and I am told that we know as much as they do.

My last conversation ended with the suggestion that I send a email to Jim Lewis.

I don't understand how a system that worked pretty well for me previously...is COMPLETELY screwed up for me now

Reservations for only our older membership are displayed. Wait lists were never displayed, and of course my dues for all memberships display correctly. We also can't see, point usage or history.

The error occurred due to a software change and I am told that since it only affects members with multiple contracts, "a minority" there are other projects that take priority, RCI, dues, etc..

Don't feel bad, I can't even get onto the site for the past couple of days! It won't recognize my user name, password, and to retrieve password, won't even recognize my birthdate! Will have to call MS....to have it fixed.
 

Just to set the record straight.

Members are currently allowed to transfer points from one of their contracts, to another of their contracts without the once per UY restriction.

This perk isn't in writing, but the Managers and Team Line Advisers all allow this. Some of the Level 1 Advisers are not aware of the perk but when I bring it to their attention, my transfers have been processed.
This is excellent news! Not that I've had to use it yet, but I'm thrilled to know that at least for now, I'm not bound by the once per use year restriction!

I'm not sure if this helps or not, but if you go under "View Activity Statement" and put in a date range, I can see all of the activity for both of my contract under the same Member ID. Since I have two separate Member IDs (one with two contracts, and one with just one), I have to view the activity statement separately for the other Member ID. Kind of a pain, but it was a way to work around the system changes (or defects, not sure which).

Hope this helps, but I agree...it's a pain in the rear!!! :headache:

Thanks to everyone for the replies and information on owning different UY's!

It's particularly nice to learn about being able to pool for DCL and also that it's possible to transfer within your own membership and not have the one transfer per year restriction apply.

Ahhh, nope! We are the only ones around here who do the banning! LOL!!

Actually, I still have access under my husband's log in. Just annoying when I can't log into the system with my own username. And I do like to be able to view my contracts, of course. Looks like I am not the only one experiencing trouble with the website though, LOL!
