Member's website problems!

I am having difficulty logging on. I know that this happens frequently to many member but it is the first time for me. Anyone else having problems this morning?

We have discovered that the system has changed our member name and password to an old one used to access Disney.com. This is very confusing. I guess we will have to call member services to get it all sorted out.

Make sure your password is correct as well as your log-in name. My kids were signing up under other Disney websites and changing it, but didn't know it. As long as it is Disney, they will all have the same password and log-in name. Good luck!

did you recently sign in for the contest or into disney.com? I heard some folks were having problems once they registered for the contest. . .

We are certain that signing up for the contest was the reason our info changed. My husband said he entered and then after that the problems with the login developed. Unfortunately, the username and password that the system tells us to use does not work either. We are waiting for MS to call back so that we can reset everything. We tried all the suggestions listed in another thread dealing with this topic and nothing worked. I suspect that the new and improved website is at the root of all these problems.

DW has a problem with her login as well - its asking for all the member info and the PIN, which she no longer has.

I'm not having a problem though, although I do have two different disney/go.com IDs stemming from some confusion when some systems merged...

We signed up for the contest and we are still ok. If you do have multiple log-ins though, this might be what the problem is. Last time I had IT check, we had log-ins that we hadn't created - they said the system created some on their own?

I find that I can have multiple member names passwords with no problem as long as I make a point to log out of each Disney site before I close the window.

I know some people were having a problem after registering for the current contest.
