Members Site

I am having a problem accessing the member site from my computer. It has said for days the site is not available due to maintenace work. I am in Illinois, yet my DDL in NC can access the site.

Does that make any sense? Is it possible some areas are down & not others?

It is not down. There was a similar post yesterday - everyone suggested trying to change browsers. I have had no problems using Safari recently. Someone else suggested Chrome worked better.

Thanks for your reply vicki_c. But I am not tech smart. I wouldn't knpw how to change browsers.

Search your computer for:
Internet Explorer
Safari
chrome

And see what you have (I use a Mac so have Safari and chrome, I'm not actually sure what is available for PCs now other than Internet Explorer or if they all have versions for Mac and PCs or what-haven't used a PC at home for years).

If you only have one, you can Google those and download another browser and install it. They are all free and downloadable.

And if none of that makes any sense to you, you might need to find a local teenager to help you!
