Oh man, can you imagine how glad I was when I got a pop-up asking me to take a survey about the member website??? Let me at it! :lmao:

I included all the issues I have with it, but at the end it was asking demographics questions, and I couldn't believe it when I got to the "which is your first home resort" question. Bay Lake Tower WAS NOT EVEN LISTED!!!! Here I am complaining about inaccurate and/or un-updated information on a survey that has the same problem! Unfortunately, there was nowhere else to enter comments at that point, so I couldn't point this error out.

That's just sad. :sad2:

I wish you would have thrown in something about the BLT MK views starting from the third floor. That is absolutely a slap in the face.

What was that?..... I thought I heard a frustrated scream!

I don't remember any survey that ever allowed for comments. Either Disneyt doesn't weant them or they don't want mine, LOL.

It asked for comments to explain why I selected "poor" as a rating for some items. It also asked for comments for what I would tell a friend or relative about the member website. That one was a doozy. :rotfl:

I forgot - in the areas where I had to enter numbers (like ages), every time I typed a single number, I got a pop-up "only numbers are allowed in this field" message, but when I clicked "OK" the number showed up anyway. I was most definitely annoyed by this point.

I've been asked several times to take a survey after a phone call to MS, and EVERY time after the call is over, I have been cut off. I would really like to get my $.02 in. I'm hoping that since they just did a major overhaul on the Disney website that DVC will follow suit shortly:confused3
