Member site!!!

I had no access on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. I finally got it about 9am this morning (Monday).
 
I've had next to no access to "my vacations" over the last month. Each time I wanted to check something, I have had to call. Today I have no access to the site at all (I wanted to look into getting groceries delivered to my villa for next week-- guess I will be using garden grocer....).

I think this is unacceptable. I have never seen a website with so many problems.

Was looking to see if it was just me this morning. Glad it's not.

I was able to take the long way into "My Vacation Details" (through Annual Dues & back again) yesterday. This morning I can't even get on the member home page.

I just tried and was successful (Sunday around 9 am).

After I logged on, I used the work around to get to the vacation details and the activity section.
 
At this time I am not able to log in...anyone else having this issue? Did I miss a known maintenance upgrade?

Nope! 10:05 EST, I get a system error when I try and log on.

Glad I printed my vacation details via the backdoor method last week.

I believe I read somewhere, that the consistent unreliability of the webpage is a nother streamlining benefit for the DVC Members. By having such an unreliable website, we won't rely on it and thus will increas our understanding of the system, our frequency of calls to MS (This better trains all the new Advisors!), and builds our memories of our vacation details (which we can no longer access), thus excercising our minds and warding off Alzheimer's Disease.

Yet another of the recent changes to the DVC for our benefit! (YAYYYY!!!!)
 
I got in with IE, I guess FireFox does not work anymore.

I've been having problems with IE but not Foxfire.

I'm thinking that it has more to do with all of the fancy pop up graphics they were running (i.e. ad for AKL) and firewall.

I'm using Firefox (ver 2.0.0.9) on a PC. I was able to get in a few minutes ago (11/12 ~4:50 pm Eastern). Try clearing your cache.

Thanks for the work around, but what's up with the site? Any major other site would have a problem like this corrected days ago.....
 
I just tried to log in this morning, 11/13 with no luck.
 
Was just able to log on using both Firefox and Safari for the Mac. Had to use the work around to see my vacation details.
 
I got on last night through the back door. Had no problem at all. I have several accounts, went to all of them. I use IE. I'll try now and see if I can access it.
 
It's working for me. I just accessed it. Maybe some of you need to clean up your cookies or delete your temporary internet files. I am sure not a computer savy person. I am just doing what Tor said to do, which is go to your dues first, then to your vacation details. I am always cleaning up my Temporary Internet files. They makes my computer run slow.
 
Finally I accessed it without a work around. Is it possible they fixed it.
