Member site!!!

I've found that the key is to start your message with something like "I have some important information about a bug on the members' website". I've found when I do that (rather than just describe the problem) I get an answer like "Thanks. We'll pass this along to the developers." I know that some info I passed along some time back did go to the development team.

I'm happy to do this if you like but didn't want to steal the credit for this. As far as I'm concerned, you should get some kind of reward for digging up this valuable clue to solving this problem!

I have passed it along using your line we'll see if it works sorry it took so long but I was at work and can not even load the disney website any more cause the flash player is so out of date

Thanks for doing that. I think it could help get this problem solved sooner rather than later.

I couldnt get in after several attempts but now I can it appears you must first go to annual dues then from there select vacation point under my membership on top left then choose view vacation details and your in

Thank you so much for figuring this out! I really needed to see what I had going on!:surfweb:

Come on tor. Give me my share of the credit.

TIA

What is going on with the dvcmember site??? I tried to get the vacation info and that part of the site is still down!!!!!!!!!!

They are waiting for enough members to pay the $95 exchange fee so they could pay for the computer upgrade.;)

Anyone getting an "Internal Server Error"?

Yes - I'm a Mac user and get "500 Internal Server Error" message when I try to access the DVC site using Mozilla. When I use Safari, I am directed to the registration page and can't do anything else. Ugh! :confused3

I've tried on my mac and wife's pc and get the internal server error notice, I haven't been able to access since Thursday or Friday.

Internal server error on my computer too when I try to access the site :(

Claire ;)

I can't get on using Safari or Firefox on my Mac, but I can get on using my iPhone.

Great idea! I hadn't thought of trying the iPhone - let's see...

No luck - I can get to the main page, but can't login b/c it's a flash-based site.
Were you able to login? If so, how?

Just logged on as usual. I did not do anything special. It doesn't display the flash video at the start, but I can get into my points. No problem.

I was so excited to try this navigation because I was curious what the vaction details showed. Now I am getting the HTP 500 Internal Server Error. :sad2:

Come on DVC members start booking some more of those trips where you have to pay the 95.00 fee so they can upgrade ASAP. :rotfl2:

It's not usually a problem seeing the points, it's the vacation detail section that is ALWAYS down.

I can't even bring up the main page now. Keeps saying website won't load the page
