Member site-will I ever get in?

I once had access to this, but for some reason my user name and password always got rejected. I have resolved it about three times with new PINs only to continuously be kicked out. I don't have a mac computer. I just got a new user name and password and now I just can't access the site--get the server down message.

Anyone else having problems lately?
 
Just checked, I got in with no troubles.
 
I have problems (because I always forget what I used), so I call memberservices, and then they foward me on to some one in information technology, who have always been wonderful :sunny: !
 
I have problems too. I still can't get on w/my own username and password, I have to use DHs. I left his user name as our email, I don't know if that makes a difference. After two changes and still problems with mine I gave up. I know this doesn't help, but at least you know you're not alone! :grouphug:
 

I can't get in either, for some reason. MS has sent me new pins, etc., but they don't seem to do the trick :badpc:
I have to call MS and get a hold of their IT person; I think it has to do with cookies the site wants to leave and the spyware shield that I have on my p.c.
 
My Mac gives me no troubles, however my PC lately I've had to use Netscape now to get to the site, because after trying to log in with Internet Explorer I end up getting a page error.

UGH! I just tried to get in today and now it wants me to give the Vacation Member ID and PIN all over again! I've already done this! I don't have a PIN anymore!!!

DH can get in with his user name and passwod, but everytime I try it with mine, it will not work. I have called member services several times, they correct the problem and then I can get in. But then the next time I try it doesn't work again. :confused3 So now I just use DH name and PIN.
 
Hmm--I had a problem the first time I signed in, when you need your MI and PIN. It kept sending the page back to me like it was missing info. I just kept sending it, and finally it went through. I haven't had a problem since though. Don't you love technology and hate it at the same time! :badpc:

Do you have cookies enabled on your browser?
 
That's the same problem I have - and we use the same computer!! Go figure. I stopped trying to make it work and just use his info.
 
I had this problem when I changed my email address due to spam. When I called MS they told me that was the prob....
 
Just in case any of you are having the same problem that I did.....I'll post this....

I had a problem getting on the DVC website, as well as a few others since last fall. For example...on the DVC site, I could get on the main site, but if I tried to log in, I would get a "Page cannot be displayed" message. :confused3

I couldn't figure out what the problem was. I could get on from my hubby's laptop, but not mine. We tried reinstalling the operating system, tried running firefox instead of IE, it was really really frusterating, so, I decided to get a new computer.

I got my new computer last Thursday, got it hooked up & still had the same problem. I ended up on the phone with tech support for over 4 hours and they couldn't fix the problem, so, the new computer went back.

After hunting online for awhile, I found out that the problem was most likely due to a change that SP2 makes in the registry. I found a website that explained how to fix the problem in the registry....I tried it & it worked!

Other websites that I was having a problem with was searching on QVC.com, certain forms & searches in Ebay. Best Buy.com & ticketmaster were also problematic.......
 
It no longer takes my pin # either. I gave up about a year ago on that site. They can blame whatever they want to blame (cookies, browsers, etc.), but I can't get it to take my # on 3 different computers and it's the correct #. They need a new computer programming dept.
