Member site -- strange message upon signing in...

Has anyone else received this message after signing into the Web site? Strange.

We are unable to validate your Disney Vacation Club Membership information. For assistance, please call Member Services at (800) ********†.

I was able to sign in with no problem just now.
 
I get that message when I try, and have for a few weeks. Note: I used my PIN within days of getting it and was able to log on then. However, when I started getting this message, I dug up DV's PIN, signed her up and it works fine. Hmmmm.....
 
At least you got that far. I have never been able to get in but since DW can and the site lacks imagination, I don't really care. How can a Disney site lack imagination? That's just a huge oxymoron.:rolleyes:
 

I can't get into the site either. I put my ID and Pin number in as soon as i got them and registered. Now i can't get into the site, even though i know my sign in name and password. It told me to contact member services, so i guess i'll have to wait til monday to call them. It keeps telling me my Vacation number isn't correct, even though i have it in my hand as i was typing it in!
 
We just got right in. Hope your problem is resolved soon!

I get more useful information here than on the official website.
 
I had that exact problem. I called MS, they reset my pin, gave me the new one over the phone and I've had no problems since! :)
