Here I was, making day to day ressies for the first time at VWL, everything going great, got up early on Sat. just to call and find out MS is closed on Saturday.

I guess MS will be quite busy on Monday morning, following a weekend and people trying to book NYE.

Mondays in general are busy at MS. In fact, I believe it is the busiest day of the wekk for them. This Monday promises to be extra busy. Good luck to all who have to call!

I did the day by day thing for BWV Standard about 3 weeks ago. I had to make my last 2 days on a Monday and that was the busiest day to get through, it took about 20 minutes of busy signals and about 5 minutes of hold. The other days I got right through at 9:00.

They had practice this past Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday. Folks were booking Christmas Monday but the computer virus had MS down. They were up for a bit Tuesday and then down again, taking everyone into Wednesday! The week before they were closed Monday for MLK so they had an extra load on Tuesday. Be kind to MS....they've had it rough.
