Member Services Wait Time

I just called to change a reservation (Friday, noon eastern) and was shocked to have the call picked up immediately! I figured I would be on hold awhile so I was eating my lunch, when she picked up I had to hurry up and swallow!

So here's a positive comment!
 
I never have to wait for more than a few minutes, with the exception of trying to get a poly reservation on the first day it was opened for DVC members not owning there. Or when F&W tickets go on sale. I usually spend more time getting through the phone menu.
 
The last couple of times I called member services to modify reservations (both in the last month or so) they've picked up pretty much as soon as I made my menu selections. So thumbs up from me!
 
I've had the same experience when I have called in the afternoon vs 20 min waits in the a.m.
 

Yesterday I only had a 3 minute hold time first thing in the morning. I was shocked and thrilled. I hope this is a sign that hold times will be decreasing.
