Member Services Telephone Hold Time

Trying to get a idea of your typical telephone hold time when contacting MS.

It's usually less than 5 minutes for me but last Saturday it was over 25 minutes

I voted "no hold time", as that was the closest. In reality, my average wait has been less than a minute.

It depends on the day of the week and the time of day. Monday mornings are typically bad, and Saturdays are busy, too.

I don't think I've ever waited longer than 5 minutes.

I usually call right away in the morning, so I rarely have a hold time as long as a minute. I voted no hold time.

I said 1-5 minutes because that is the typical time I have waited- this morning it was about 2-3 and that was the wait for making dining reservations not room. I have had longer ones when booking for Christmas week and on a Saturday but that is not the typical ones.
