Member Services Reservation System Down??

Member Services reservation server appears to be down this morning for making reservations. They just asked me to call back after 10:00 am. They hope the system will be up again by then. Does this happen often?

My guess is that they are loading in some new info for the new villas that go on sale Sunday. It doesn't happen often, but it does happen occationally.
