I’m confused!! I’ve been calling for three days and every time they tell me to call back after listening to all of the prompts. Never gotten that ever. What’s happening? Are they way under staffed and way over call volume?

This is so much more frustrating than just holding to me.

I’m at 65 mins on hold to book a reservation which I can’t do online because of the damn external resale member glitch. I’m so frustrated, I need 6 points otu and now I’m on hold because they weren’t sure what the minimum otu was.
