Hi!
Is anyone else calling right now and you get through answering all the member questions to then end up getting a busy signal or it just hangs up? Trying to add an extra night to our reservation and we need to purchase one-time use points.

I’m having trouble too. Busy signal. If o keep trying I can get through and it keeps hanging up on me. I got all the way through and got all my info put in and it hung up again.

Yes, I am having that exact same problem. It's frustrating because if the online system was working properly, I could just do what I needed to do.

Nope. The day at the beginning of our 9 nights at beach club just opened up so trying to grab it. It’s the only day open the whole month of August and it’s the one day I wanted. Couldn’t wait list because don’t have enough points.
