Member services number always busy?

I have tried the member services number 1800******* several times over the past few days and it's been busy. Anyone else having this problem? I made one reservation online and it worked out fine but I would like to talk to someone for the next one..

They are only accepting calls to book the member cruise today, and the lines will undoubtedly be swamped for a day or so.

I completely forgot about the member cruise and tried calling MS this morning. When I got a busy signal, I figured I would head over here and see what was going on. Duh!!!! Will call them next week...when things die down a bit.
