Member Services not available for reservations this morning

Anyone know what is going on? I tried twice to get through and was informed that they cannot take reservation requests until later today.

I wonder what time that happened.....I spoke with them around 9:15am this morning and they were able to check on availibility for me

I just called to see if they were back online about 20 minutes ago and they said they are looking at noon (eastern) now for being back up. I just checked my travel agent booking site and it is down too, so it seems to be disney-wide. I'm hoping its back up soon.

One of the worst IT shops in the business strikes again? (And why do folks want that IT shop to give us more features... they can't deliver the ones that promise now!)

everything is down - even dining, "for system maintenence".

It crashed this morning during the booking of my reservation. I just got off the phone with the MS rep. He called me back to finish the ressie. So everything must be up and running now.
