Lately I have been reading some negative reports from members regarding Member Services and I wanted to share my story today.
Let me start off by saying that I personally have never had a bad experience with Member Services but this was the 1st time I hung up with a smile on my face and feeling like I wanted to share my experience with my DVC friends!
I called to inquire about availability in February and then the process for having points transferred into my account (since I do not have enough for the February reservation). I was speaking to a most delightful woman named Morgan. She went out of her way to be helpful, courteous and friendly. She went into a great explanation about the process of transferrring points, how to tranfer, how many times you can transfer, the differences between in and out transfers, transfers and your use year and even went so far as to give me her recommendation on the best way to handle my individal transaction.
I must say that she was so helpful and we spoke for a little over ten minutes. I almost didn't want to hang up, it was so refreshing to have the conversation. Morgan made my day magical!
By the way, I would love to send a letter commending Morgan for her wonderful service. Does anyone know where and who I should address such a letter?
