Is member services still open on Sundays or are they just real busy.
I tried calling a couple times. It goes thru the menu, then rings forever.
No voice message nothing, just rings.

Member Services phone lines are normally open

• Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM Eastern Time
• Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time
