Just a thought, as a California resident.
I have to adjust to the east coast hours of MS hours of operation. It's not outlandish, but inconvenient for me. I've dealt with it since 2003, as then is when we joined the DVC. It has never been a problem, but now I am thinking DVC needs to cater to me, instead of me catering to them.
As DVC is moving more west, the office hours might need adjustment.
We have online friends from Japan that bought in HI, and I wonder what the hourly difference for them are, calling the east coast of the USA.
DVC has has been an east coast centric staple for so long, it makes me wonder if they will continue the "office hours" of the east coast much longer.
I don't see this happening, but DVC needs a 24/7 booking system like every other hospitality business or hotel. I can call a Holiday Inn any time of day or night, or go online and book a room. The same goes for renting a car, or booking an airline flight.
To be tied down to east coast office hours is archaic.
