I called this morning at 9:14am EST to add a night to a reservation, and was on hold for about 12 minutes.

I called several times this week as I was adjusting reservations and having points reallocated. Each time I had less than a one minute wait. I called during the noon hour Pacific time. Much better than a few weeks ago with 30+ minutes.
