Member Services Hassle Factor....

I've made on line reservations several times easily and acurately. If you need an immediate confirmation, I guess you would want to book on the phone anyway. Another point brought up was the disclaimer about cancellation etc. the first time they stop they'll get all the "no one told me that" excuses. It is time consuming but they have to cover their butts.
 
Every time I call, I have my member #(I have it memorized) and yet I am still asked to give my member number, address, phone number and home resorts. I have to admit, it does seem a little much. Does anyone else have to give all of this every time they call?

Everytime, then I still have to give the last 4 of my SSN... Then I can proceed. I have lost Concierge because of all this. I start my call talking as fast as I can...

I am never asked to verify my home resort (OKW), everything else, yes. Do you have a somewhat common name? I do not. There is only one other DVC membership with the same last name as mine, according to the OC deeds website.
 

Well I have been calling everyday for abt the past week(persistance pays, got all my nights at BCV over Memorial Day) anyway...every time, number, name, full address and phone. A couple advisors asked last 4 of SS# and what home resort is.
I dont mind, they are doing their job.
