Member Services Closed?

There used to be a time that they also managed to do room bookings along with cruise bookings. It was a horror for hold times but at least they didn't suddenly decide to neglect the membership that wanted to book rooms. That was pre-online but as there are some things that still can't be done online it's tough to hear that your need rates lower than another special booking.
They should have set up separate lines for booking the cruise and left a few CMs for regular booking. Like if you are booking the cruise hit 2. If you are booking a non-cruise vacation hit 3.
 
I have written and let member services know how disappointed I was with how this was handled, but the more people they hear from,the better the chances are that this same mistake won't happen twice.
