Member Service ughhhh

I've tried to reach them myself. Wait times are 30+ minutes...ugh! Wouldn't be so bad if the website would work properly!
 
Thanks for the heads up , I'll try later tonight. I have to bank some points soon. I don't want to lose them, I just got them from DVC .
 

Everytime I've called over the last few months there have been long wait times on the phone.

And after waiting 25 minutes, she got as far as my membership #, etc. and the call failed. Grrrr! I guess my cell phone battery died. The only reason I called from my cell phone is that I'm with DH at the skin cancer surgery center at MD Anderson today, while he has surgery. There had better be availability tomorrow when I use the home phone.!
 
OK, so this morning I called first thing, and got told the wait was 25 minutes again-so now I'm on hold. I don't think there's a way to get member's cash without calling. To me a 25 minute wait is unacceptable. And it seems to be the norm whenever I call during the last year or so. Whenever I say anything on the boards, someone says that it's 7 months or 11 months before some busy time. Well it's getting so that it's always a busy time! And if that's the case, why don't they put on extra MS people during those times. But then, someone will say "But do you really want your dues to pay for more MS people?" All I know is that this level of wait time isn't right.

BTW, Nanajo1, I remember Rutland-I'm from Paxton. I'll be up your way next week, and hoping to fit in a trip to Paxton Pizza and Rutland State Park.
 
I hope it warms up for your visit. Still in the 40s,low 50s. I'm still using my gas fireplace first thing in the morning to get the chili off!
 
The annual pass offer also ends tomorrow, we called this morning and there was a 55 minute wait. Just called again and got a recording to call back later.

Glad we called yesterday for our tickets, but trying to call today for reservations. Frustrating!

Update-Yes, the CM I spoke with mentioned the AP offer. In all honesty, as long as DVC continues to employ such friendly CMs, I'll continue to hold for 25 minutes without blowing my top. She was the nicest CM. She immediately apologized for the long wait (even though I didn't mention it) and said that not only is the DVC AP offer ending tomorrow, but she said (don't know if it's true) that the computer system to buy it on-line had gotten "glitchy". She also mentioned that the last few days of every month are always the busiest as members wait until the last minute to bank points and call, even though they can book on line. I called to add days to our reservation at HHI, and she chatted about how she loves HHI, even though they live near Vero Beach. Her ability to diffuse my anger and make me end the call with a smile on my face was amazing.
