member service opening hours?

I hope this question does not seem silly I have woken up this morning and can't remember (I've had dvc points since 1999)

Can you tell me when member services are open - has this changed recently?

I'm esp interested in the weekend times-

I think its going to be one of those days!

Hi,

I am fairly certain that it is 9am to 5pm, or 2pm to 10pm in the UK.

I had to ring them on sunday and didn't get through til 7pm, and there were posts on the DVC boards until about 10pm of people still trying to get through.
