Member Rep?

I know I read somewhere on here - can't remeber exactly when - about someone being happy with their member rep. I was very happy with Megan but since she has retired, we were assigned another rep - haven't met this person yet but I hear he is telling interested parties that he knows us well. That's news to us!

Thanks for the link - I forgot they were called DVC guides - it's been so long since I talked with one.

we had similar happen to us when our guide retired....

the person who "showed" us Hilton Head when we stopped in to "view" it all of a sudden was our new rep without our asking for any ....i guess they either assign new reps or guides take the opportunity to add someone if they find out your guide is retired..
