Do DVC members get to park at the theme parks for free? OR can you park at one of the DVC resorts and ride the busses to the parks if you are not staying on property if you are a member?

No, you get free parking at the theme parks as a WDW resort guest, which of course, you are when you are staying at a DVC resort on your points.

You are not allowed to park at resorts for the purpose of visiting the parks. If you have an AP, then I believe you can get free theme park parking.

No- if you are not staying on property you should pay for parking at the park you want to go to. If you have an AP you will not have to pay for parking though. You are not supposed to park at any of the resorts if you are not staying there/using the resort- especially not for theme park access.
