Member number

Does anyone know when you can enter in your member number on the website, so they can send you the email updates. Right now it says " we're sorry we don't recognize your member number. We just signed our papers, so maybe we have to close first.

We just sent our papers today but I experienced the same issued. I talked my guide today and she said you would not be able to register until you close. Approximately 15 days from the day you dated the paperwork.

It took about a week before my number was recognized. I e-mailed them about it and was told they are 2 different computer systems (reservations vs member page). At least I could make my reservations!
