Member Number Wait

Called Member Services last Friday. They confirmed we were in the system but wouldn't give us any more information without our member number. Our closing company was supposed to put a password on our account but MS said there wasn't one. My question is how long will it be before we receive our member number in the mail after we are in the system? Like I mentioned, we have been in since at least last Friday.

I got mine in today's mail! Escrow closed and the transfer showed up on the the OCCcompt.com website on August 13th, so it took 17 days from that point for us.

We closed and were filed on OCC on August 7th. I was able to call in last Saturday. I called and said I needed help logging in. I think it is all who you get. In any case, letter came on Monday. Would try again in the morning.
