member # and pin don't work...help!

We just got our pin numbers in the mail yesterday and today. I got out my folder that had our member #'s and then our card with pin #'s and tried to log onto dvcmember.com....

the section to enter the member Id is like 2 seperate sections and my member number is written in 12 numbers. Section 1 only holds or takes 7 numbers and the second section only holds/takes 2 numbers.

what am I doing wrong here?? Didn't want to wait til morning as I know someone here is bound to still be up??? LOL

You don't use the member #. There should be a paper that came with your documents that has a club ID number. Each member on the contract will have a different club id number.

thanks...I did manage to find it last night! Figured it just had to be another number.....

now off to the planning stages!!.....
