Hi, we are tring to contact MA to see where our new resale contract is currently sitting but am
Getting no reply to emaIl requests, we are existing direct owners at GFV and have just added a resale SSR contract with the same June use year so i’m assuming that the new contract will use our existing membership number? The contract was handed over to Disney 3 weeks ago but still nothing showing on our membership, we have treid calling MA but there is no option to speak to them so we emailed 3 days ago with no reply, have any other members had any similar experiences with MA??

They contract will just magically pop up on your membership one day and then it takes a few days to loaf the points.

There is no way to see “where you are in line”.
 
Did you make sure to include your current membership number in your paperwork?

I do this just ensure it goes to the same membership without mistakes!

But, as mentioned, there is no way to know where you are in the line. If it has been three weeks, then my guess is it should be soon!!

Many thanks for the replies gang…yes they have our existing membership number…getting antsy as we are trying to cobble together a 15 day holiday from Sept 2nd and rooms vanishing by the day! We have the last 5 days booked at GFV but want 8 days in a 2 bed at OKW prior to that, still available at the moment so fingers crossed 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Yes same experience. They have not been responding to emails. 3 weeks is currently not that long of a time to wait for contract/point loading unfortunately.
 
Our SSR contract was added yesterday 15/03 so just waiting for the points allocation now.
