Member Adminstration Offices Closed?

I have been trying for a week to get through to member administration on the weekdays and keep getting a recording saying that the office is closed. I don’t see anywhere where that is the case other than Labor Day other than Labor Day. Am I missing something?

I don't think that MA has been taking calls for some time now (maybe since the shutdown??). When you call you just get a message about emailing them. MS is still taking calls of course. I had been trying to speak with someone from MA a few months ago and there was no way to speak with anyone directly there.

You can only email MA, you cannot call them.
