I did 45 minutes 3 mile WATP dvd.
This evening I'm gonna do my strength workout too.
For breakfast I had:
plain large
bagel 6 pts
Country crock cinammon spread 2 pts
OJ 2 pts
1/2 banana 1 pt
11pts
Lunch:
6 mini corn dog bites 7.5 pts
dipping sauce mayo/mustard/ketchup 2pts (??)
9.5
Dinner:
Taco casserole w/ lettce Don't have pts figured on it thought.

Plus little ones love to go outside, ride in the stroller and just look around!!
My DS loved to count how many squirrels he would see when we went for our walks (we have tons of them were we live.
)
Plus I'm waiting on my clean pants to wash and dry so I have something decent to wear to MIL's tonight. I shower quickly before I leave for her place. DH is already there working on some projects for her.
Went over points 5 pts to be exact but better than some days I have journaled in last couple months. 4 of them the blue bunny ice cream bars.
I should not have stayed up till 2:30 am last night because I couldn't wake up early enough to get my workout in.
So I will have to make it up when kiddos nap or will take them for an outdoor walk after they wake up or perhaps before they wake up will see. I
As long as its off to stay off.
