I am recommiting to this exercise and WW journaling this coming week. My official weigh in day will be Tuesday but I'm going to watch my intake this weekend too. :)

Today for breakfast I had whole wheat toast with margarine and half a banana.

Lunch was Big Mac :( But I gave my fries to dd I only had a handful instead of the whole thing. :) I had huge 32oz(?) sprite that dh brought but I was soooo darn thirsty packing and moving boxes at our old apartment(in middle of move) and didn't have anything to drink there. Dh drank part of it too though.

Dinner was at MIL's spaghetti with sausage meat sauce. Yumm I had garlic bread with it too.

For dessert we had cheesecake with fruit I raspberry and blueberries I think. I had a teeny thin slice.

Oh and my exercise for the day was packing and moving boxes for 2-3 hours. ;) :rotfl: :teeth:

Well today went well. I weighed in this morning at 284 which is down a lb from last Monday. :Pinkbounc


Today I ate kinda crappy and went over points and used some of my flex points.

Breakfast I had Banana nut bread and raisins.

Lunch: frozen pizza 3 small slices

Dinner: rotiserrie(sp?) chicken(part of the breast meat), macaroni salad, potato salad, and a salad with Italian dressing. I also had some raw cauliflower and a few cherry peppers. I was stuffed.


Bad news was I had some Mt. Dew gotta avoid that big time. :( I will drink water this week and hope it help leads to further weight loss success.

Tomorrow goal is to get dvd player hooked up so I can see about getting in some exercise(WATP dvd) and I think I may take a swim tomorrow too. My dd loves to swim. She got a new floaty suit that helps her learn and she is loving it despite cracking her chin open on side of the pool 2 weeks ago while wearing it and walking on the pool step. Poor baby had 25 stitches put in it was heart wrenching. Anyhow it will be some exercise but by no means very highly calorie burning just wading while my dd swims.
 
Melissa - Hang in there and keep taking one day at a time. Remember ANY movement is good! Hope you get more settled soon in your new home.

Hope baby is feeling better. Poor thing! Stitches I think are harder on mom than on kids, tho.
 
Alright I'm getting back on track. I got palm pilot hooked up with the journal program and I can now type all my stuff in there. :) I filled in todays to kinda learn my way around it.

Tomorrow goal more water no soda. And get that first ground breaking day of exercise started if I have to do it at 10:30 pm when my grandma goes to bed and the living room is free. :cheer2:

Digging this up. I need to be accountable. I keep slipping on my way to give up soda. Good news is I'm leaving my moms Saturday morning and won't be around these soda hounds anymore. We will be staying with family again when we move but he drinks and buys only DIET and I hate it I can't stand to drink it and would rather drink water. :rotfl: So it will be nice to not have the temptation of soda lurking over my head.

On a good note I have become quite attached to soy milk. I buy Silk Enhanced and its the first and only kind I really like the taste. And its only the enhanced Silk not any others. I buy this for my dd who has lactose issues and since I do too I avoid dairy. But it will be a great non-water wake up drink. I hate water first thing in the morning. Good thing is I like it the rest of the day when that stupid soda isn't calling out my name. :rotfl2:

This is crazy last week living here and I know I'll be busy and snacking more than eating regular meals. And the first week of our new living space we will be on vacation(doing Disney and beach) then unpacking and job hunting. Life will be crazy but even if I don't jouranl and stick to points plan I need to avoid things like soda and snack foods. :teeth:

For some strange reason the scale tonight is showing a loss. It must be screwed up. I have not been good much in last two weeks. But some days I'm probably not getting enough food skipping meals and such.

Well I need to resurface this ol' journal.

My printer isn't working so I'll be tring to journal here.

I'm hoping next week to join WW online but we will see. I may go to a meeting and get books and do the plan from them. I can't find my old stuff at all since we moved across country.


So far since last Saturday I have lost 3.6 lbs. According to our new scale we got last Friday. :Pinkbounc

Slept in till 1pm today. Good thing dd stayed up with us because I was so freaking tired. We went to bed after midnight
