Mega meet in michigan

Any one going to this in Novi in May? I went last year and really enjoyed it (minus lugging the two kids and chasing DS everywhere!) I hope I can get DH to take the kids for a few hours so I can go play....

Is this the one by twelve oaks mall?? What is that..do you scrap all day or is it demonstrations where they sell items?? DD and I seen one advertised last weekend when we were in the area. I have never been though.

Oh I would love to go but it depends on some family medical stuff....if possible I'd love to go for a few hours tomorrow too if I can get the car- bet it's going to be busy! It's at Rock showcase and is full of vendors and classes..I usually go to all the booths and check out the new products and also the free makeaways and stuff. I'd love to do a class but they are probably all sold out by now. We should have our own scrap meet sometime - PM me!

happyPooh - It was so great meeting you today. Sorry I had to leave early but the girls wanted to get home. We did go over to Archiver's for the paper (they hardly had any left). Maybe we can get together this summer or take a class at Archiver's. Anyone else in the area who would like to get together at Archiver's for a class? or Crop?

happypooh are you going this year? Anyone else? I'm going but did not sign up for any classes or crops, just shopping and getting ideas. I really want to know what the "birthday party" is like. Kind of wish I was going tonight.

Hi There! Nope can't go this year as we are in LA and going to disneyland today for food and wine! It's gorgeous here and I'm so enjoying being in warm and not wet weather! Hope you have a great meet! Maybe next year we can meet up! i haven't scrapped in ages it seems....

It is a three day scrapbooking event held on May 5-7 at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi Michigan.

Well, on the plus side, southwest flys there. On the downside, >300$rt, plus hotel nights, ground transport, food & event cost puts it out of my price range. Sorry, Jan!
