Meeting the Mayor of MK

Hi,
Does anyone who I can contact to ask about the Mayor of MK? My husband is mayor in our little town and would love to meet him and have his picture taken with him during our December trip.

The Mayor is up and down Main Street during the day. I am sure you will run into him if you can't get anyone at guest relations.

Mayor Weaver:
Wednesday at 9:45, 10:45 & 11:45am, 12:45 & 1:45pm;
Thursday & Saturday at 9:30, 10:30 & 11:30am, 12:45 & 1:45pm;
Friday at 9:45, 10:45 & 11:45am, 1:00 & 2:00pm

His schedule does seem to change sometimes depending on park hours and such, so you'll probably want to check for his current days and times closer to your trip as well to make sure they have not changed.

We met the mayor a couple of times. Both times he was in front of the Main Street Confectionary within 30 minutes of park opening.

I didn't know he was an actual person!! I've always seen his wife walking up and down Main St. asking if we have seen him. She is very delightful and sweet. I will have to watch for him next trip for sure.

Is the mayor always a "he"? I could have sworn we met the mayor last year at the Plaza Restaurant and it was a "she".
