We are sailing in July for 4 nts on the Dream and all my nephew talks about is meeting the captain. Anybody know if there is a meet and greet on a 4nt with the Captain??? Thanks for the info

There was a Captain Meet and Great on our 3 night Dream Cruise so I would assume there would be one for the 4 night. Good luck!

I would definitely assume there would be. There was one on our 3 night Dream cruise. It took place in one of the gift shops and only lasted about 30-45 minutes, but we got there right at the beginning and there was no one else there. The captain (Henry) was nice enough - but he isn't a Disney "character", KWIM?

On the two 5n cruises we had, there was a signing by the gift shops, and also a photo op at a different time. The second one, shutters would take pictures of you.

Captain Henry was mingling with people in the Atrium when we were on the Dream last February. It was the 4-night itinerary on the optional dress-up night. There wasn't a line, we just saw him and asked if we could have our photo taken with him!

On the Fantasy last week, Shutters photographers were taking more formal photos in front of a backdrop. Unfortunately the photographer only took one photo of our family, and DH's eyes were closed! There was also a meet and greet in one of the shops.

On our recent Dream cruise, we saw Captain Henry almost everyday out and about - he was always very friendly and talked with us several times. Check your navigators for official meet and greets. Enjoy!

Our first time on the Dream (4 night) we saw Capt Henry standing in the atrium just looking around and we asked one of the CM's around if he would be up for a picture. The CM went and asked and he said yes. That was on our Pirate Night. On our 3 night last year we went to the Captain Signing that was held in one of the gift shops. He was by himself when we got there and he was super nice. He sat my 3 year old on his lap for a picture. He also signed a post card that we had gotten.

On our recent 7 night cruise, we saw the Captain just hanging in the atrium several evenings. Obviously one was the "captains drink party" but he was there several other nights. This was in addition to the autograph in the gift shop that was in the Navigator (didn't go)

Captains John (Magic) & Tom (Fantasy) are usually all around. I've seen them mingling at lunch, walking around on deck; they just seemed to be very visible & John is super personable.

We met Captain Henry a couple of times on the Wonder 2011 PC cruise. Once in street clothes in Aruba as we were returning to the ship and he was leaving with his wife. We had arrived the afternoon before scheduled due to missing CC. It was nice that he was able to get out for a bit. We chatted briefly with him and only wish we had the nerve to ask for a picture since he wasn't in his "normal" clothes. We ran into him again on the ship a few nights later and did ask for picture with DS and he happily obliged.

On the Fantasy last month, we saw Captain Marco grabbing a tray in Cabanas. A CM said he regularly eats in there.

We had the captain on the Magic and then the Fantasy sign the ship replicas sold in the gift shop. Got a photo of the captain and my son together w the ship. Cool souvenir!!

We have followed Captain Guus from ship to ship. He's very charming and personable.

When we met the Captain, he was sitting by himself at a table in front of the stores. I know it was announced in the Navigator.

Captain Gus is the king of the horns! He plays them constantly, you really miss the horns when you aren't sailing with him.

We were on the Fantasy for back-2-back cruises March 16th-23rd and 23rd-30th and we met the Captain and got a pictures with him. Also on the last sea day both cruises he had a signing in one of the stores.

Have enjoyed swapping sea stories with the Captain in a lounge in the evening on more than one cruise, and rec'd invites to the bridge.

Last June he signed stuff in one of the gift shops. Seemed like a nice guy.

Love seeing all the captain pics! Can't wait to get our pics with the captain! My nephew is soooo excited. This will be his first cruise!!:)
