Peter Pan is 2 year old DD's favorite character. Is he usually out everyday, and where can he be found?

I have also read on here that you can ask at City Hall if and when a certain character will be out. Is there usually a long line in City Hall?

Thanks! :)

City Hall absolutely can tell you each day who is scheduled when and where. Lines can vary, it just depends on the day and what's going on.

Peter Pan is not an "everyday" character at Disneyland. Wendy is out even less often. The schedule varies by season, holidays, etc. Right now, weekends are the days you will most likely see Peter Pan. If he is out on a particular day, he often hangs out with Alice & Mad Hatter. You should be able to find him at Coca-Cola Corner at 2:30.

Yup, check at City Hall. There is sometimes a line but when it gets long they start having a CM walk the line to see if they can help anyone to make it go faster. :)

December 7th or so we ran into him as we left the teacups area to go towards IASW, shortly after the end of Magic Morning. He was just walking along, and it was a nice encounter.

Thanks for the replies! We do have one weekend day on our trip (Superbowl Sunday :scared: ). We'll have to check at City Hall, and hopefully we can find Peter! :thumbsup2

We saw him on Sept. 8th (my DS's 1st birthday) on the path between the castle and what is now Pixie Hollow. He was playing hide and seek with some kids and then when he saw my DS he came right over to tell my son not to grow up!

Oooooooooooooooh one of my favorite Disney stories of all time!! When I took DD5 to Disneyland in April of 2007 her favorite character was Peter Pan and in 10+ trips to Dis, we had only seen him ONCE and was high tailing it away from kids so when we went, I asked at City Hall about finding Pan the Man and they said he would be on the teacups at X time and playing musical chairs at Coke Corner at Y time. So we waited for musical chairs and it was a blast!!! DD STILL talks about that trip!!

we got to meet peter pan in august of '07, at the space mountain exit. i don't know if they have multiple guys doing the character, or if the same one we saw that day still works there, but HE WAS AWESOME. he totally reminded me of seth green, lol.

Awww, what a cool memory!

So after FINALLY watching Peter Pan for the first time (*Ahem* Dreams! lol), I really wanna find this dude in the parks.

Be sure to ask if he is at any of the charcter dining as apparently he shows up there during the week more often.

Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences. It was fun to read about them!

We have a PS for Minnie's breakfast. Has anyone ever seen him there, by chance?

I was also wondering when you go to City Hall if they can give you character information for the next few days, or if they only have the character schedule for that day?

Just so you know, we did not see him at our GK breakfast. We saw like 4 characters (not counting Pluto or Goofy, Pluto was there for photos only oh and Baloo was out front when we left so we "saw" him too), Snow White (who did remember seeing us the day before which was neat), Dale (not Chip, just Dale), Cinderella (who we stopped on the way out because we were basically told we had to leave) and you know what...I think that was it......so we saw 3 characters at our table, we saw Goofy when he did the "music" thing (that we weren't told about, we just heard the noise and got up to see what the deal was) and Pluto on our way in and Baloo on our way out.

I'm pretty sure City Hall only has the schedule for the same day.

Today, during the morning rain, we saw him in the 50th anniversary theater.

Yes, for a variety of reasons they can only give you the day's schedule. Be sure to ask about dining characters as they have to ask for them in addition to who is going to be in the parks.

Usually Peter is out in Fantasy on an hourly schedule on the half hour in the afternoons. His designated place is right behind Dumbo, but he could easily be stopped coming out of a backstage area.

When we go to City Hall and ask, on a normal schedule day, we usually find out he is doing 11:30am, 1:30, 2:30. and then it will vary after the parade, as he has to take his spot in the parades.

Hope that gives you a general idea of when they try to schedule on a good day.

YellowMickeyPonchos, is that good day a weekend, a weekday, or both? Also, I was just watching an older podcast from Official DL, and they also said one could ask about the characters at the podium by the tip board. I would imagine that line could be shorter than City Hall on some days.

You can do that as well. They have a radio/walkie-talkie to call, I did it a couple times when I didn't want to trek back up main street.
