Going to WDW at the end of March. Where can I take my 2.5 year old to meet Mulan? My DD loves Mulan and was heart broken last year when she didn't get to meet Mulan. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
We saw her at the Princess Lunch in Norway and we were told she hangs out in China, but we never saw her there. Guests Services are pretty helpful with character info.
Your best bet at finding her is in Epcot in the China pavilion. Just ask a CM, and they should be able to tell you at what times she and Mushu will be available for meet and greets.
I saw her last week in Epcot at the China Pavilion. She was in the pathway that runs toward where the kidcot station is. She didn't have a person around her at the time.
Definately China at Epcot is the best place to find Mulan! She is not there everyday, but often. Like most characters, she meets for about a half hour, then goes inside for awhile, then comes back out, etc. She can meet in a variety of places around China. We seen her near the entrance to the China Show (the red round building), and also by the entrance to the large gift shop where the kidcot station is, and I think the show exits into there, too. And once we saw her out near the main sidewalk that goes around World Showcase. Even though World Showcase is open until 9:00, most characters don't meet much later than 5:00/6:00.
Mulan used to meet ocassionally at MGM, but for whatever reason many characters stopped doing meets there, so she probably isn't there hardly at all anymore. So definately China! You could also ask at Guest Services (after noon or so), as Mulan is a character that they could tell you if she is meeting that day or not.
