Meeting Captain America

We are going in late September and taking DS5 for the first time. He is soooo excited about the prospect of meeting Captain America (this is who he was for halloween last year) and his super hero friends.

We will also be hitting up WWOHP during our IOA day. I was planning to do WWOHP first thing in the morning and then meet up with CA...

Are the super heroes out throughout the day and just take regular short character breaks or are they only around at certain times? Will I be able to catch them right after WWOHP?

(I'm hoping that I can bribe him to be good for my parents while we are enjoying FJ with a chance to meet CA afterwards!!)

They are scheduled throughout the day but you will need to check your park map for specific times. It shouldn't be an issue.

They usually appear every hour for about 20-30 mins from 11-1 and 3-5. Check the park map for specific show times. You'll have plenty of opportunities to meet Cap, Cyclops, Wolverine, and more!

We saw him in marvel Island, just past Spiderman ride, on the corner, have picture of DW and DD with him, my DW is only 5ft tall and he looks huge, will find the pic

The come out on four wheelers and a lot of fuss is made as they come down the street. Then they all go to different spots for meet and greets. Spiderman is handled a little differently but the rest come out as a group.

They have new vehicles now...it's those three wheeled motorcycles called Cam Am Spyders...they look really cool!

I would like to go on record as saying that Captain America broke my clickable sharpie, lol. He wouldn't let my friend and I leave until he fixed it! When it finally un-clicked, he was so proud. He was like "Captain America saves the day!" Fun times.
