Last years in dl i saw cars the first time. I think i need to watch a few the other disney ones i would usely turn down.
I dont know why i do some just dont look as good as they are.

any one have a few i should try to watch before our trip.

Woman, you said you wouldn't watch Ratatouille? That's a great movie! People wanted it to win a proper Oscar, not just an Animated movie Oscar! Glad you saw it.

Now go watch all the Pixar films then come back and we'll talk. :)

Meet The Robinsons was really great. Kept making me cry. Though the first 100 times hubby and son watched it I wasn't paying attention, so I was confused about the black haired kid and who he actually was. It's a bit bewildering if you're not actually watching, LOL.

We got Mary Poppins from the library last week. My son LOVED it! And I'll admit, after a lifetime of avoiding that actress (her mouth shape bugs me...I have serious issues with mouth shapes and actors...can't even watch Denzel Washington and do not get me started on Christian Bale's mouth that I can't watch for a second) I will admit that I liked the movie and even liked her in it.

I can't believe that Mary Poppins is over 2 hours long! I was shocked when it was going on and on and I noticed the running time of it.

I know you've seen Pirates and hubby tells me that you've likely seen Star Wars from your username (not that SW is truly Disney, but it's related thanks to Lucas). :)

We have Cinderella and DS loves that too.

Enchanted is cute; hubby and son watch it even when I'm not around. It's very funny and sweet.

I got to see Meet the Robinsons in 3D and that was a lot of fun. I'm glad you watched those movies! :goodvibes

I try to watch all Disney movies at least once, and if I don't like them then I don't have to think about them anymore! :rotfl:

We always like Emperor's New Groove. Really nice comedy between David Spade and John Goodman.

My daughters really like Fox and the Hound. I always liked the Great Mouse Detective - showed it to the husband and kids the other week and they enjoyed it too. If you like Sherlock Holmes stories, this one is a nice spoof on them.

Hunchback and Pocahontas had some of my favorite musical scores -Hunchback being the stronger. "God Bless the Outcasts" was an exquisite song.

I thought Atlantis was visually a keeper. Shame it didn't go further being a boy movie and all.

I love all the Disney Movies, from the old classics Alice in Wonderland, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Dumbo, Bambi (a special fave is Robin Hood - love the snake) Mary Poppins, Bedknobs and broomsticks, Pinocchio......

then the 90's ones - Aladdin, Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Lion King, Pochontas, Toy Story, 101 Dalmatians

Followed by the 2000's - Monsters Inc, Princess Diaries, Nemo, The Incredibles, Cars, Ratatouille....

Also love the PoTC range, and Star wars of course, my son is a huge Disney/Pixar fan, and I adore nearly every movie I've ever seen :) my favs are the cartoons, but also partial to the 'live action' movies too.

Hope you find some more you like, and have a great trip

ah hunchback...somehow my copy of the hunchback was up in my closet and my friend Andrea found it this summer..I was sooooooooo happy because nobody plays that movie up at all...its like gone and buried in the archives and I happen to love it and miss the festival of fools at DL like theres no tomorrow...that was the best ever...frankly I miss fantasyland theater performances period..they were some of the best theater quality Ive seen...how bout peter pan or sleeping beauty jade? Alice in Wonderland or as my niece calls it wonder in alison:rotfl: havent seen robin hood in a long time...now thats another one deep in the vault...ooh jade what about fantasia?? and part of it is what they use for Fantasmic;)

My personal favorite is Sleeping Beauty. Love Maleficent and Aurora, Robin is Awesome...Gotta Love Snow, and Cindy.

I love the classsic 90 movies (well, cause I grew up with those). Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, Aladdin, Pocahontas, etc.. Oh and A Goofy Movie! If you haven't seen that I suggest you rent that too. It's very very cute.

I'm truly truly in love with Pixar too. Every Pixar movie is genius and absolutely the funniest ever. I really have my heart with Monster's Inc., Wall-E and Nemo.

I'm glad you watched Meet The Robinson's, Jade. DBF and I saw it in the movie theater and I was crying like a lame at the end. It such a sweet sweet movie.

I really want to join the Disney Movie Club, this thread has me insipired. :)
