Meet the Podcast folks in person ?

I originally posted this on the Facebook DisUnplugged Fan Group and it was suggested to do it here, so here I go.
Dear Pete and crew: Would you consider informal meet ups, with fans, on a semi regular or regular basis? Doing it at Different parks or Disney locations (ie. Disney Springs) so we fans would get a chance to meet you in person other than the Disapalooza, a podcast cruise event, ABD or stalking you in a park (lol)? I hope you will consider this. All of you do such a great job of keeping us connected to Disney, Thank you.

P.S. I am a retired guy so I would be willing to coordinate these events on your behalf should you need me to.

There are several of the DIS Unplugged podcasters that make regular trips into the parks. If you follow them on FB or Twitter you can often see what park they are in.

For those that do run across the podcasters, don't be the least bit afraid of saying hello. I've met all of them and the are so disappointed when they hear stories about people spitting them in the park but not wanting to "bother" them.

We do, and it's time we did another. I think the last one we did was back in July for the 60th.

Since they are in the parks regularly now, it should be a lot easier to run into them. I do realize they're working when they're there, but it might be nice if at least occasionally, they would do a scheduled meet and greet. Just post something like, "Hey, JL and Ryno are in MK today. If anyone wants to say hi, they'll be across from Aloha Isle from 1-1:30." Just something spontaneous and informal like that would be neat but still give them plenty of time to do what they need to do.

I have also heard them say more than once to be sure to stop them and say "hi", which I just did last Thursday when they were doing the Extra Magic Hours in MK. But what I am proposing is an organized meet and greet, like Tom's, announced a month or so in advance, so people on vacation, and us locals, could make plans to attend. Although the FB and Twitter post are helpful, they may be a little too spontaneous for most to adapt their plans to catch them.

Please understand that I know how busy they are, and I am not trying to make any demands of their time, just a pure suggestion by a long time listener and dedicated fan. I personally have met everyone, including Tom.

I have to say that the whole team is great. They often say on the show that what you see is what you get. It's totally true. They are as fun and down to earth and snarky and sarcastic and lovable in person as they are on the podcast. I hope you all get to meet them all sometime soon.
