Meet and greet with the fairies

Does anyone know where in the magic kingdom we can meet the Fairies. I was there this past June and could not find them. Disney.com has the page but doesnt specify where?

We are arriving on 12/21.

In Toontown next to the Princesses. Right in between Mickey and Minnies houses in the Magic Kingdom. Go into County Bounty(big store in Toontown) and you will see the line to the right of the door.
