Anyone familiar with this program? I'm tempted---very tempted. I've been on the Weight Watchers program for a few weeks and have lost 7 lbs :cheer2: but I keep hearing AMAZING things from Mediweightloss. Anyone have any unbiased reviews of the program? all I can find online are reviews straight from the program, so I was hoping for something unbiased.

You live on broth, powdered egg, oatmeal, and other high water foods. It does work-bt it requires a lot more commitment than WW. It also takes you body some time to get ...used to the high liquid fiber diet:scared: . Friend of mine did it and lost like 50 lbs in a few months, but said it took awhile to adjust to it.

That does not sound like a healthy diet at all.

It's actually something your have to get prescribed by a doctor. It's a high liquid content diet and youhave to be a certain amount over weight.I think it's like a 1000 cals a day for women.

An effective "diet" is one that is not a "diet" but a lifestyle change. One that gives you the tools you need to eat healthy in the real world, one that can survive restaurants, weddings, parties, etc. It is a diet in which you do not lose more than 2 lbs a week on average (more than that is unhealthy and requires a doctor's care). I would be very interested in how many people regain the weight after going off the diet. I would also be interested to see what such a diet does to your energy levels.

Weight Watchers is working for you. I would stick with it.
