(Assuming you are a US passport holder) I don't think there is anywhere on the itinerary where you will get a stamp once you have arrived in a European country for the first time e.g. if you fly into Barcelona for the cruise you might get one there but if you then disembark in France Italy Spain or UK etc you won't get an additional stamp. However you may be able to ask them if they would do it. They can only say no!! I know UK passport control people don't bite...
