Medieval Times - worth it?

I've been to Mideval Times twice and loved it! Debating on if we want to go again in august or do something different.

Keep in mind that there is also a MT at Myrtle Beach (mentioning since I see you're from Burlington - hello neighbor!). I love that MT just as much as the one in Orlando, and would much rather take a one night trip there because then it's not eating into Disney time. I've never upgraded the packages or purchased any backstage tours or anything - we just go and have a BLAST. I love it so much that I celebrated my 21st birthday there a few years ago - it was THE BEST TIME. There aren't really bad seats there, either... so don't worry about that aspect.
