Medication at immigration

Hope someone can advise or post a link.

My brother's going with us this year and he has pretty bad asthma - 3 different inhalers each day as well as steriods and anti-biotics in pill form. He's a walking chemist shop !

Will this cause any problems at immigration at MCO ? All medication is prescribed by his GP and he is going to get a letter from his GP advising this.

Unless you get an immigration official who is desperately looking to cause trouble then no. I am also a walking chemists whenever I travel to Florida and have never once had anything questioned. I always make sure all pills are in their appropriate boxes with prescription labels clearly in place. Inhalers are very common so I can't imagine them being questioned. If you have a letter from your GP you should have no problems, I have never been asked for one or even had my medication looked at.

We also carry plenty of medication on board, our eldest DD has asthma alongside her allergies, we just make sure we have a repeat copy of her prescription with us. Never had any problems

My Dw takes 29 tablets a day so for 3 weeks we have to have bag just for tablets, we keep them all in their packages we get from the chemist, i take 3 a day and DD takes 7 a day.
We have never encountered any problems, and i am a bit surprised no one has ever asked to look in the bag with so many tablets in it.

As others have said I don't think you will have any problems.

As long as the medication is in the clear plastic bags you have to take on board now and is marked clearly you will be fine.

We have'nt encounted any problems either.
Have always kept everything in original bottles and packets.
