I've sent 2 emails to them through their website (Sept 1st and 8th) to ask some questions and book a special needs stroller rental for our Oct. trip. I have yet to receive a response?!

Has anyone had a problem with this? Should I give up and move on to another vendor?

I was staying away from Discount Mobility due to their less than stellar reveiw from ecki in August but will go with them if they are more responsive.
 
they can be bad for not emailing back right away. All I can say is we have used them now for 4 years and they have bent over backwards to help us or get us a piece of equipment that we need but they dont have. we hire quite a bit of equipment from them from the the van to hoists, showerchairs etc. for us we wouldn't go anywhere else plus for us we can hire everything from the one place.

I can only go by the experience we have had from them and sometimes I hate passing on and then people get a bad experience.
